TechoBot lets a business ("you" or "vendor") add business information, connect messaging channels through Meta’s official platforms, and have an AI assistant reply to customers, record orders and hand conversations to you. Features depend on your plan and may change as we improve the product.

You must use TechoBot for a business, be authorised to act for it and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure.

• Keep your catalog, prices, stock and policies accurate. The assistant answers from the information you provide.
• Comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection, e-commerce and data protection laws, and with Meta’s terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging and Commerce Policies.
• Have a lawful basis, and any opt-in that is required, to message your customers, and tell them that you use automated replies where required.
• Do not use TechoBot to send spam or to sell prohibited goods or services, or for unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.

AI-generated replies can be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for your offers, prices, orders and customer relationships. Review conversations regularly and take over when needed. We are not responsible for losses caused by replies based on inaccurate information you provided.

• Early vendors may receive a free setup period of 14 days. No payment is needed to start it.
• After that, paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes unless stated.
• Messaging fees charged by Meta for WhatsApp are billed by Meta directly to your Meta account and are separate from our fees.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

TechoBot relies on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, which are operated by Meta. Their availability, features, approvals and fees are controlled by Meta and may change. We are not responsible for interruptions, restrictions or account actions taken by Meta.

You own your business content and your customers’ data. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. For customer data, you act as the controller and we act as your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Techosite and TechoBot, including the software, design and brand, belong to us. You may use the service only as allowed by these terms and may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or Meta’s policies, or that puts the service or others at risk. You may close your account at any time. After closure, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You agree to compensate us for claims arising from your content, your products, or your breach of these terms or of the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION], and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify vendors in advance. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
